PS. It's only a two-player night at the HFG this week, something that does not happen often. Stephan shows Pascal how to play Pente, and Pascal shows Stephan how to play Schnapsen, and then they play a game of Lost Cities.

SKI MAP. We play Perudo and then Alain leaves for hockey, at which point we go for Power Grid, in "honour" of the recent icestorm and all the power outages it created.

Played at Stephan's place.
The icestorm robs the HFG of power for 24h, but power is restored 1 h before we are due to meet, enough time to warm up the house. However, some members are still without power, so attendance is limited to Stephan, Mike and Pascal.

Pascal and Mike both follow the edge, and pay the price as Stephan grabs the center and isolates them. |

Pascal could have tied on the last available square, but he has no option with the tic-tac-toe tile but to go straight out. |
