MAISK. If you count this week and last week, we played five games of Deception, making sure everyone was the clue giver once. Guess what: for the four games that Ian was not the clue giver, he ended up being the murderer. What are the odds of that?

Mike leads for most of the game, but in the end it is Alain with two dice left against Ian. |
Deception: Murder in Hong Kong |
Alain Haché, Kevin Caron, Mike Gerdov, Stephan Reebs

It's fair to say that, of all of us, Ian is the most likely to hate being the murderer, because of all the deceiving and stuff. So of course he ends up being the murderer and he and his weapon and evidence get fairly quickly unmasked by Alain, with Kevin giving the clues. |
Deception: Murder in Hong Kong |
Alain Haché, Kevin Caron, Mike Gerdov, Stephan Reebs

Stephan gets accused three times in a row, despite his vehement protests of innocence. He is, indeed, innocent, so it falls to him to correctly guess the weapon and evidence of the real murderer (Ian, who else?) from clues given by Mike. |

There are no winners in Durak, only one loser. We play three games, and Stephan, Mike and Alain each lose one game. So let's give one point to each of the two non-losers. |

Stephan wins with (rather shamefully, for all of us really) only 58 points. |

Stephan and Mike are tied with 7 VPs, and Mike wins on the tie-breaker, having earned more battle VPs. A tight game where everyone had a chance to win at one point or another. |
