PASKM. Covid restrictions prevent us from meeting at the HFG. But meeting in restaurants who check for vaccination is allowed, so we reserve a table at the CAVOK microbrewery. They graciously allow us to play games on one of the big tables in their mezzanine.

KIMPS. We play Murano for the first time. It's a game Stephan bought for the theme (glass-making) many years ago. It's four players max, so Stephan sits out to teach the game and admire the beautiful glass beads made by the others.

Mike Gerdov

At the final scoring, big polluting glassmaker Mike is dead last with only 1 point, but he has four character cards (one more than Kevin and Pascal, and two more than Ian) and they're big and he fulfills them all, so he goes all the way around the scoring track and wins with 51 points, 4 more than Kevin and 5 more than Ian. |

SAMKIP. The HFG acknowledges that its gaming activities take place on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq People. Truth does not always feature in the games (see, for example, the game of Perudo played today), but reconciliation always prevails at the end of each game.
