Yeah i guess there are additional factors to consider: 1)computer speed, 2) access to game databases.
Like PPL, I have a feeling that the best chess program running on a typical computer and without access to databases (just using chess rules) could match Magnus with 1 minute or less.

1 hour? 10 min? 5 min? 1 min? less??
