I'm the one who actually suggested playing Beowulf, following the principle that all games should be played at least twice, to really get an idea of how they work and how good they are. I found the game exciting but luck-driven, though the latter may simply indicate that I cannot wrap my mind around bidding games.

I feel it's one of those games; the more I play the worse i get, but still like the process.
