Played at Stephan's place. AMPSK. Today cannabis becomes legal in Canada. Alain brings a hot apple pie, and it seems to be weed-free as everybody plays in a clear-headed way after eating a piece of it.

Stephan Reebs - 2018-10-17 23:05:30:

The mistake we/I made is that after we power our cities and get our money, we're supposed to withdraw the most expensive power plant from the bottom market and put it under the draw pile, and draw a new one. That way we would have gotten to phase 3 much faster. The "funny" thing (not funny ha-ha, you understand) is that in the rulebook I had triple-underlined that rule, so obviously it's not the first time we/I have made that mistake.

I knew we missed something! An image with this rule underlined should be
attached as a thumbnail to this event.

Happy Birthday Stephan! Almost 50 hey?
What's that version of Carcassonne with lots of dice??

Mike Gerdov - 2018-10-20 15:58:19:

I will ask Root, he seems to prefer it.

Thank you Mike, and thank you all! It’s 57 revolutions around the sun for me, as of last Saturday.

With his extra toes, I’m sure Root is very adept at rolling dice and hiding tiles in his fur.

Happy Birthday Stephan!! Belated, as it is! :)

Alain Haché - 2018-10-22 14:35:04:

57 years is only 0.000025 galactic years (the time the Sun takes to go around the Milky Way).

Very, very young indeed. Bacteria appeared 12 galactic years ago.

I can't wait to see other life forms be like "Oh, we are very, very young
indeed! Humans appeared XX galactic years ago."
