Sorry to have missed, a birthday party extended longer than expected. Nice to see points evenly spread though. Next week I'm in and no class the next day, whohoo!

I've checked a few things on BoardGameGeek about the rules for Evolution. (1) Carnivores can feed on carnivores (meat is meat). Therefore it may be useful for carnivores to have defensive traits as well as offensive ones. (2) Carnivores can be scavengers as well. If they make a kill, they feed on it as a carnivore first, and then again as a scavenger. (3) The previous two points mean that carnivores can have traits on grey cards (defensive) or green cards (such as scavenger). (4) Carnivores can attack the player's own species (herbivore or carnivore), and may in fact have to if no other species are available for lunch. (5) I didn't find this on BoardGameGeek, but the biologist in me says that a scavenger cannot scavenge on itself if it gets eaten by a carnivore. (6) Intelligence: it is possible to cancel two traits at once by discarding two cards.
